That is a very sharp looking Seated Liberty quarter! Looks like it was very well struck.

I'd say EF45.

The "L" in Liberty looks light or worn. I was going to say EF-40, but that may bring it down to a VF+30.
Lets see what the pros say!

I'm thinking VF35-ish - the eagle's left (viewer's right) wind details are a little worn for XF, IMO.

The weak L in liberty is typical on these coins and should not
factor in the grade loss. A close up of the head and foot (Obv.) and the talons(Rev.) would make for a more accurate determination. Seems so far to me it would make EF40, EF45 if a go on the above mentioned
closeups.

Would like to see a large picture, but from what I can see I agree with SuperDave, VF-35.
