Indian1 Pillar of the Community United States 3640 Posts	Posted 05/30/2009 7:29 pm The weak L in liberty is typical on these coins and should not factor in the grade loss. A close up of the head and foot (Obv.) and the talons(Rev.) would make for a more accurate determination. Seems so far to me it would make EF40, EF45 if a go on the above mentioned closeups.
