Taking the abbreviations out of this thread and adding some of my own, I have a list of 45 that I will give to Bobby to upload. I am interested in getting as many of the international abbreviations in there as possible. Most of the ones that I know are US and we have an international forum. I'd like all members to be able to use this equally. Please keep posting as many as you can think of.

DMPL = Deep Mirror Proof Like. Definately does not describe the condition of most of my coins in my collection! Rachel [:p]

Keep them coming...we're up to 50. Bobby is trying to decide the best way to design the page for them.

Not to toot my own horn too loudly, but I have posted a fairly comprehensive numismatic glossary at: http://www.us-coin-values-advisor.c...g-guide.htmlMany acronyms are included in this glossary. Its amazing how many technical terms, slang, and acronyms we use when talking about numismatics.
