I would go with PCGS first if you are planning on selling them any time soon. Next would be NGC followed by ANACS.

I think "best" grader can be subjective. But PCGS is the grader that tends to get you the highest price for your coin on a grade for grade basis. In that sense they are probably the best grader for your purposes.

If you post the photos on photobucket, you can then link to them from here and you do not have the 100kB limit. That is what I do for my photos and it works really well.

I think PCGS is definitely the way to go if you plan on selling them, especially the older coins. You will have to become a member to submit to them. If you become a Gold Member, they will give you 4 free submissions so this might be the way you want to go.

Did I make a mistake platinum membership says over 3k value is excluded too the only difference is I get 8 submissions free instead of 4 thats ok though I can send in some park quarters with them later what will happen if they grade over pcgs 3k mark ? I have already filled out the app and packed them ready too ship.

I want to send these out this morning but I first need to know the details about pcgs excluding coins valued over 3000 what does that mean if they value anyone of them over 3000 then I wont qualify for the 4 free vouchers or if they value all of them in total over 3000 ?
