I believe it is 1904.

I think it's year 20 = 1894.

Sorry to disagree with so many of you, but it is year 20. The only place I see the 3 is the last figure of the date. The denomination and regnal year are the same- 20

Sorry, let me correct myself. The top picture is year 30, with a H mintmark, while the second picture is year 20, with a W designer's initial.

Thanks for all the replies.Am I correct in saying the photos of these coins are identical except for the mintmark.Were there any coins issued between 20 and 30 and how would anybody be able to tell

On the side with the date, under the three stars are the year numbers.

yours is year 30 mint mark H. the reference I posted is year 20 mint mark W.

Krauss catalog lists them as;

Hi. You should see the symbol on the back is Ottoman, Turkish. It was a coin made in Egypt before the British took over and started prodcuding coins from 1916-1920.
