By SGS grading standards, that looks like an MS-71 First Strike Satin PF DCAM Registry **

Might even make a grade higher depending on whether Larry or Bob grades it.

That's great! my 9 year old is a sponge-bob fanatic. He would love something like this. I too am curious if its painted or a sticker?

Its just a pair of stickers. I'll bet some other little kid decorated it and it got lost in the family Coinstar destined jar.

That is pretty neat that your son found this, and it has had a very positive affect on him. It's a coin he loves and is proud of, and that is all that should matter.
