Lol I am the ebay seller, the reason I have negative feedback is because I sold some household goods for .99 cents and I didnt know what I was doing really so I set the price too low, and I kindly told them that I wasn't going to sell the item. It was a mistake, and it won't happen again, it's not because I am not an honest guy, and there are many people on CCF that can vouch for that, as I have purchased many things on here.

Keep selling and bring your rating up. The 1856 Quarter looks nice. Why don't you want to keep it?

Honestly I just wont money right now to continue my collection in a different path. I am more interested in Modern coins and really want to perfect that since I am only 19 and can afford it much easier.

Look at the prices sold on 2010 ASE's. Also, I put the best offer in there for a reason.

Shouldn't this be in a different forum?

You sold three items and refused to ship...I guess you realize that looks really bad and will not attract buyers. When I see buyer ratings like that, I assume they cannot keep their word and the ebay agreement meant nothing. Not scolding, just giving the feedback you asked for [:0]

Well honestly I was foolish for posting it in the first place. I didnt really know what I was doing. We all make mistakes but I am hoping people can look have 3 negatives and see the other 100+ positives that I have....

I'm a regular ebay buyer and will tell you that someone did that to me (refused to sell). He was added to my **** list. Simply because he is not a man of his word. Something similar happened on here...I made an offer and the guy accepted, then somebody made a better offer.I let the seller decide, and he did the right thing. He was also a young man, but he has integrity in my book.I'm sure there are some that would overlook a "few mistakes"...but being that one of yours was a book, I find it hard to overlook that you gave up your integrity for $8....just sayin

Well, I just didn't feel like I should sell that cheap considering I paid more than that about a month before. I just thought the price would rise but apparently it didnt. I have already sold one of the coins. The 1903-S sold which will be shipped out first thing Monday morning. We all make mistake and I'm sorry that you think I am so bad maineman. I just made a mistake and should of sold anyway but I didnt. It wasn't wise but its not the worst decision I have ever made by a long stretch.

I believe it's more appropriate to keep one's opinions to oneself in a situation like this. Y'all catch what I'm saying?

Yes SuperDave, you are right...this was on my mind while I was hitting the antique shops today...and I left out a very important thing...Casutherland, I do not think you are a terrible person and I should have said that before saying what I thought about the auction...that was thoughtless on my part and I apologize for that.

We all make mistakes but I am hoping people can look have 3 negatives and see the other 100+ positives that I have.... You actually have 81 feedback entries. With three negative and one neutral, that leaves 77 positives, not "100+", at least using math the way I learned it. The negative feedback all came within the last month, yet your feedback goes back over the last 12 months. This is why I quit purchasing off ebay some time ago. One of the reasons was the sellers who are looking to get retail pricing under the guise of an auction (without setting a reserve), and when they don't realize the price they expected, they refuse to honor the agreement (and it is an agreement). Kepp in mind this is not personal, just commenting on the listings and the feedback. I'm not saying you're a bad guy, but it appears you are not a very good seller, based on what ebay says. SuperDave, I understand what you're saying, but there is thread upon thread on this forum bashing other ebay sellers. The kid came on for a little self-promotion, and somebody caught him.

SuperDave, I understand what you're saying, Good points, which I agree with. My advice is if you're sure you won't refuse to honor a sale again create another ebay account. In my opinion your sales will be severely affected by those three negatives, and low feedback percentages tend to jump right out at the buyer.
