No photo of obverse. If only worth $10 would explain why it hasn't sold in the month he has listed it.

Do they say what year?

If someone were trying to put together a complete set of off-centers, they might pay a little more. But, nowhere near $99 I wouldn't think.

No mention of year. If someone wants me to inquire about year, let me know.

The reason about the question of the year is that one with a date is worth more than one without. I'm guessing the obverse has no date, thus no obverse image.

I will ask for an obverse photo and upload if one is sent.

They may not know. The year may be just barely off the coin, which might be why they didn't put up a pic of the obverse. Or it has something wrong that they don't want us to see. Who knows.

Either way, run!

If you're interested in a nice one from a reliable source, I'd try for this one:

Wait for a coin show--you'll have your pick of off-center LMCs for far less money.

Well, if you could get a shot of the designer's initials, it could become slightly more interesting if it is a WAM.

AM in America is not on the back of this coin. Just outside the scope! Definitely not going to buy this coin, but was a great chance to learn about these types of errors. Thanks.

But, if we could see the designer's initials we would know if it was a WAM or not.

A local dealer here collects the off-center strikes and makes a clock out of them. If I'm not mistaken, he sells his off-centers for around $10-$15.

Over-priced, go with Coop's coin if you want one. The 2000 is a nice example because of the way it's off center, but not worth $100, maybe $30 or so IMO. BTW - It's neither coin is a WAM. If they were, they'd easily be worth $100+.

I collect off center Lincolns by date and mint mark. 2000 is a very common date for off center Lincolns. Not worth anywhere even close to $100 in my opinion.

From what I've seen in the past, it's worth between $10-$30.
