I would say that's a great deal! melt for the silver alone is around $12

Go back to that flea market and see if that seller has more for that price. You really did good on those coins.

Heck yeah! I would not worry to much about the gas unless your sole purpose was to pick up some coins.
Make a few more deals like that and you are good to go!

I still say get back there and see what else he has. The reason I say that is I know of a seller at flea markets that started selling coins way to cheap. He eventually learned the prices and no longer sells cheap. Flea marets are usually a spur of the moment great deal item purchses. Here today and never seen again.

Personally, I wouldn't even think about the silver value. You got five nice-looking obsolete coins for almost nothing. That is an excellent deal!

Flea markets are hit or miss. With me mostly hit since I am a consistent buyer with the same dealer. Once in a while I will find a great deal with a first time seller who sells at other flea markets. Its all about right place, right time.
