Coins listed as being certified must have pictures of both sides of the holder pictured in the listing. If the auction had been listed as a raw coin, ebay probably would not have yanked it. Keep in mind that nutcases can hire lawyers--in fact, they're far more likely to than sane people. Check deja for "fish monger" under rec.collecting.coins. Mr. Pariah Grading Service got tired of everyone pointing that out, so he went to the ANA convention and served anyone he could find. I know one guy it cost $5000 in legal feez just to get removed from the nonsense suit. Report this Post to the Staff
