So would melt value of all three gold toonies be the same?
Only real difference in price would be lower mintage of the 06 toony?

Interestingly J&M still lists the 2006 one at $525.

Looking good! I assume it won't tone, will it?

Haven't seen any sign of toning yet, I guess the gold part slowed toning process

Just a heads up - there is a new ebay listing for one of these with a BIN of $475. Pretty reasonable I think.

Thanks CC-Ottawa for the heads-up!

I only have the gold toonies left to complete my collection and this was the next one the list - because of the reverse silver/gold colouring.

He has the other three gold toonies listed as well for $425 each but I'll save those for later...seems this was the best deal.

NP. I struggled with the decision not to buy it. Pretty good value, low mintage and the COA is even higher than the official mintage. Plus, plus, plus in my books.

Hard to beat 1/3 oz of Au for under $500 especially if you don't have to worry about being taxed when it comes across the border (as it would for me)

If that were my store I would give warnings to my employees, and finally fire the incompetant ones and give the rest raises.

When looking for an example of this coin is the price difference between and ungraded coin much different than from an NGC PF69 coin? Does a graded one really make it worth more? I understand that this is a lower mintage coin than the other Gold toonies, so I am curious as to what others think. I need to add one to my polar bear collection at some point if I can find one.
