Blanks aren't worth too much, like $2-$3 maybe, right?

JPrine would you be interested in exchanging some rolls for $$$, I'll pay for the shipping of course. Id Love to search! Looking for the higher examples.
Glad to hear your hunt went well, For some reason when ever I see doves released at parties or weddings, the first thing I think of is hiding behind a chair and picking a few off, then I call out to my imaginary hunting dog, "Seethru" Retrieve! Its only when I get to praising him aloud. People start to get nervous. Guess it was the Pheasant hunting with my uncle as a kid.

You could be missing a great opertunaty. Simply put those rolls away for about 200 or 300 years and you could sell them for a real profit then.

I have the same problem - I just started cent roll searching a month ago and my first box was shiny new '11s. Total bummer. Next two boxes were hits though. I still have the box of new cents...trying to figure out what to do. Will probably keep 5-10 rolls and then sell or dump the rest.

Heck, I'd sell that box, it's worth more than face. If not, I'd start cracking rolls looking for ultra, high-grade gems. Remember, conditional rarity coins can be quite valuable too.

Looking at completed ebay auctions, I don't think you'd get any more than $5-10 over face for it (and that's before fees). And at that point, is it really worth it to list, pay the fees, and spend time and gas to drive to the post office? Maybe if you're doing a lot of volume, but for one-offs, it doesn't make sense for me.

It continues---picked up my usual two boxes for the weekend (nickels and cents). Again, the entire box of nickels were new String and Son 2011's. I don't guess it woul be appropriate to ask my banker to let me go in the vault and pick the box I want.

Offer them here in the auction/PIN section at cost plus shipping. I'm sure there are a few fellow CCF people looking for rolls of 2011 coins.
