And it is sold out in 34 days. Not bad considering the Mint limited the maximum quantity down to 3 per customer and increased the mintage. I could be wrong, but I think the quantity per household was 10 on the first one.
The first coin sold an average of 6897 coins per day The second coin sold an average of 7353 coins per day
Looks like the series is picking up steam, nice sign considering they are not store pick-up coins.

This one took me by surprise. I did not expect a sellout so quickly considering the recent drop in silver. Congrats RCM, that's all I can say.

I know quite a few collectors who don't normally touch NCLT, but bought this coin (myself included). So did a bunch of canoeing enthusiasts that I know. The design is simple, elegant and quite fascinating with the 180 degree rotational flip of the image.

too bad, the masters club members had a chance to purchase over the limit just 2-3 weeks ago. I suppose either the popularity picked up or a big buyers stepped in

I could see people collecting this series. Almost no risk. First design was ok and safe. The second design is tasteful and well envisioned. If there is a good strong third design I could see a lot of people collecting it. I hope the RCM gets good artists to work on this series. It would be a great series to get more people interested in collecting... please nothing tacky or gimmicky. Just get some good artists with detail or artists who aren't so abstract it means nothing.

I like the second coin in the series a lot more then the first as well. It was well thought out and executed. But I think I like the packaging of the first coin more.
