When you get up to MS68 MS69 and MS70 an image cannot do justice to a guess. PCGS NGC and ANACS take a much closer look than your image can provide I am sure. At the value its a bullion coin...then its up to the market value or frenzy...more like frenzy..It's up to you to you decide if its really an ms68/9/70 coin and then get the results from the top 3 TPG's... but it will cost more than the coins worth if its not at the top, investment wise.. I agree that you probably would not get much more than spot. Coins in these grades are very difficult to grade from pics since all that separates these top grades are very small differences like a few minuscule marks.
