I have the opportunitto buy a 1976 bicentennial silver proof set. It has the quarter, half, and an Ike dollar. Are these 40% or 90% silver? The asking price is $29.95. It is in a cases that says United States Bicentnnial Silver Proof Set.

You can definitely get them cheaper. Here is one on ebay with a Buy I Now price of $24.90 and free shipping, but you can probably get one even cheaper by bidding on a set instead of using the Buy It Now feature.
