Not sure but could it be BMC 319 Antoninus Pius. AE of Antioch ad Orontem, Syria. AVT KAI T AIL ADR ANTWNINOC (or similar), laureate head right / SC within wreath, year I below, small wreath above

thanks JW I have a few other nicer coins from this ruler coming soon I just bought this because it was a larger coin and it was around $10 plus it has a nice wreath on the reverse

These can be difficult to get down to a single reference number, I've recently done one myself so know only too well - often the weights and measures are the best way of discarding possibilities and getting the remaining number to a manageable level.

BMC 319 certainly looks good but try to get confirmation of weights and measures of known examples.
