Unknown-East-India-Coin???

Can anyone identify this coin? It's clearly related to the East India Company, but I can't find it in Krause and can't identify the countermark. Please help because this is urgent.

That's an old copper from the Bombay Presidency of the East India Company. Looks like the date is mostly off-flan, below the heart-shape. Not sure which denomination; looks most like the 2 pice (KM 200) or perhaps the 4 pice (KM 201).

As for the countermark, it looks to me like the coin has been turned into an apothecary weight. I think it says "10 drams", with the funny 3-like thing the symbol for a dram. If so, it's possible the coin may have been clipped down to bring it to the correct weight.

Does the coin now weigh about 38 grams? The 4 pice coin originally should have weighed 42.5 grams - that's a lot of copper shaved off just to make a weight.
