No clue where to start, I hope this forum is OK. A friend asked me what these things are worth, I assume bullion value only but will a coin shop even take them here in US?

Should I advertise then in our for sale section, any comments?

If someone has access to a current copy of Standard Book of World Coins, it shouldn't be a problem getting a price range, although I find they tend to overprice a lot of their written inventory. I imagine most coin shops keep a copy. Your friend might have better luck selling them on ebay, though.
