Question About Premiums Over Face Value.

Do certain denomination fancy serials carry a higher premium than others? I'm talking the actual premium over face value.

Would a solid C77777777A on a $1 note carry a different premium than a solid JC77777777A on a $20? or a $2 or any of them? Considering each note was in identical condition.

Also do run amounts influence premium when it comes to fancy serials? I would assume 00555555 from a star note with a run of 640k would carry a higher premium than a 00555555 from a run of 3.2m of the same denomination and grade? I previously typed this with solid 7's as the example then I realized that there couldnt be solid 7's with a run of 640k lol. Thanks for your opinions and answers. :) Sorry for all of the questions, but it is the best way for me to learn and understand things.

I would think that the lower the run the higher the value,supply and demand.
