For a lack of a better description (which I seem to have problems with), is this a broken A on the die, or is it a die chip? A ____?
How would I word this description to place it for sale on ebay? (Or is it even worth doing so)?

It's a gas bubble under the copper plating.

It is not a Cud. Those happen ONLY at the rim of the coin.
