I have this Ruanda 20 franc note dated 1956.
I realise it is in very poor condition, but wonder if anyone can give me information about it. Also I note that "Ruanda" is on the note, but nowadays it is spelt as "Rwanda".

Looks to be P 31 from the Belgian Congo.
