So I wanna purchase some sms but don't wanna pay more then what they are worth what do you think is a good price for them. I want the ones made in 65-67 and I also read that there is some sms sets from 1964 has anyone ever came across one and how much did it cost you. And I would love to see a pic Thanks Ed

64 was a Philly Proof set not a SMS there is also an Unc P&D set in 64

There are some rare 1964 SMS, the coins cost thousands of dollars.......

OK, I had never heard of the 1964 SMS, and found this article... http://www.coinworld.com/articles/1...e-enigmatic/ Very interesting.

10 bucks plus or minus depending on how nice the coins are.

Not very many sets are still in existence I know pcgs has certified 20 or so single coins nickel cents etc I have yet to see one someday I will I'm sure

I know of a collector that had either a set or some singles. Not sure if he sold them but each was in the 4 figures
