High Grade? It used to be a high grade before someone scrubbed it with steel wool!

A high grade by comparison to an unstruck planchet, maybe.

I've noticed several coins listed as "high grade" by a few specific sellers. They almost always look like they've been polished to as bright a shine as possible, regardless of how much detail they've lost or how many abrasions the cleaning caused.
