1.) How many 20 for 20 coins is the Canadian Mint releasing each year?
2.) How long will this series last?
3.) What are the coins issued so far?
Thanks!!

1) I think the Mint has been releasing 2-3 per year 2) who knows 3) The maple leafs, the canoe, the polar bear, the queen, the penny, the reindeer, the hockey.... I think that's all of them so far.

Releases were 2 in 2011 and 4 in 2012. One so far in 2013 but expect 2 or 3 more. Unknown how long this will go and wettld2 got the themes right (except it's maple leaves not to be confused with the Toronto hockey team ). Maple leaves Canoe Polar bear Queen's diamond jubilee Farewell to the penny Holiday theme magical reindeer Hockey For some reason, the polar bear isn't listed on the Mint's 20 for 20 page http://www.mint.ca/store/buy/20-for...ns-cat610001

You may add here 2013 Year of the Snake coin.
In any way this isn't part of the "20 for 20", but the coin has exactly the same format:
1/4oz pure silver $20 denomination dimensions Specimen finish Mintage of 128.000 (half of the 20 for 20)
For me the same as "20 for 20", just represented in other way. And issue price was $32...

Some of the $20 for $20 have taken off both because of the design and being the first issued. I'm seeing the first and second coins generating over $30 on ebay.

they better come up with some more unique designs because it looks like they are taken longer and longer to sell out, my question is have they ever released another 20 for 20 coin before the preceding one was sold out.?

$50 isn't a bad price for the first 2 coins in the series.

Quote: $50 isn't a bad price for the first 2 coins in the series. I agree. Usually the first coin is going around $35+ and the Canoe is usually go around for $30.
