Fun thread based on the lat penny roll selling for $600+ on ebay. I'm sure most of us would spend our money on other things. So, assuming you have $500 to spend on a single coin (no bills, or other numismatic items) What would you buy? Me: An EF Double Tournois :) Always wanted one |

I would try to get a 1946 NF five cent. I don't know that $500 would cut it, but it would be in the ballpark.

haha SPP I like your answer, I was about to post something similar, but in the form of just one coin. Perhaps one of the sovereigns, or $5 gold coins.
