IMHO, the memorial and the space between the columns is by Liberty.

I see what Kelly sees. Also, you can see part of a column under Abe's chin.

That horizontal line by the 1 is also part of the die clash.
The reverse also shows signs of a clash, the line between the N and the building. Inside bay 2 is the Y from LIBERTY.Bay 3 & 8 and the top left of building. It's a keeper.
