Hello. What do you think about this Liberty Head Nickel? How much is worth in your opinion? Internet says - F 40$, VF 60$. In my opinion it is VF25, with nice surface, but V and PLURIBUS seems to be worn. Is it reduces the price of a coin? Thanks for help:)

Oh my, this is a nice nickel!
A weak "E PLURIBUS UNUM" is typical. Also the weak "V"
You have a nice coin, well deserving of a VF-30!

Others may disagree with me.

Edit: PS, A VERY nice surface!

Offer $45, but do not fear to go to $50.
It is quite lovely.

If I remember correctly, it was offered as an XF.
The "No Cents" variety was offered as AU. BUT...
Side by side, I'd say the grades were reversed!

Look, if the coin pleases you, then anywhere between 40 and 50 USD is fair.

It was at least twenty years ago. The "With Cents" was about 40 to 50 USD.

The "With Cents" is not easy to find. Perhaps you already know that. And the example which you posted is absolutely delightful!

Proszę, conider zakupem. Please, give it careful thought.

Moe145 posted a thread of all the "V" nickels , year by year, and you might want to study them.
