Just thought I would share, went to my bank today, CIBC and, the teller told me she had saved a few coins for me since the last time I was in. She passed me a bunch of Canada 1954 one dollars, there were 6 with different serial no's, then she passed me a couple of those brown pay envelope things, there were these inside- Canada fifty cents...Yaaa... 1942/1949/1950 no design in the 0/ 1957--- U.S. Franklins- 1952D/1956/.. U.S. Walking Liberty, 1939/1943D..all for the sum of $10.00 bucks..
That is amazing, I need to start doing stuff like that. usually I just get the coins and go, come back get more. Also, I go to TD Canada trust. Good job!
Only once did a teller ever do something to that sort for me. They somehow got this bu rolls or the centennial, 1964 and 1963 pennies. Though that head teller was REALLY nice! The new head teller I ordered once and she decided to start charging me 16 cents a roll and also the other one charged me but only 5 cents. I go to many bank in my area and all refuse to order coins for me even if I buy them doughnuts and such. Kinda sucks.
