Hmmmm see some nicks on reverse(eagles leg)and some marks on obverse. Nice luster though. I'm going to be rough but don't feel bad cause I'm the same with my coins. So I will venture to say at worst MS60 to best MS62/63.
This year and mint mark is widely known to be the most softly struck of the entire series. And as such needs to be evaluated within it's peers. MS62. I'm not seeing the dipping. This coin is also known for a lack of luster. In fact try to find one with a Great Strike, Luster, and gem surfaces...and buy yourself a new house...in the midwest..not California!
