These belonged to my grandfather, and I have no idea what they are.
Can someone ID and give a general value of these?

First, the easy ones. The one that says "Japanese Government" is from the Japanese-occupied Philippines. The one that says "Italy" is from Allied-Occupied Italy.

The huge one is an old Russian Empire note, 500 roubles, from the first world war period.

The small black one is 2 francs from Algeria, during and after WWII.

None of them are particularly scarce, as far as I can tell; probably a dollar or two each if you sold them on ebay.
