sailorian New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 09/22/2013 11:24 am Hello, I am not sure if this is in the right spot or not. I found this coin/token in a collection I have it says: "Profit Sharing NEW DEAL Trade Token" The other side says, "Advertising Given NEW DEAL Free Token" I am wondering if anyone knows the age of the coin and what it was made for? Thanks! Edited by sailorian 09/22/2013 11:26 am Report this Post to the Staff

Sap Moderator Australia 17005 Posts	Posted 09/22/2013 6:28 pm "New Deal" was the name given to Roosevelt's package of post-Depression economic policies. The obverse of the token should be read "New Deal - advertising token - given free". Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis Report this Post to the Staff
