I will be utterly amazed if you can make these look good! Hope you can... that would mean there is hope for some dirties I bought earlier this year.

I am confident the clump and the other cup coins will clean to be very very fine coins....the Greeks, hmmm not sure yet. I prefer that I cannot see any detail as the encrustation protects the detail and the patina, so I like 6 or 7 of the Greeks.
I posted some before and after billon trachy cup coin pics a few days ago, I expect the same results with these.

It's going to take a lot of work to get these cleaned, but from what I have seen so far from your cleaning method I'm sure you will be able to bring out whatever is under all that dirt.

Its interesting to see this process,i for one pick up 200 Roman coin a couple years back that needed to be clean, some came out great and so on.No amount of cleaning can help coins that are wore down.

YeOlde, if you've got good experience of cleaning you might want a whack at a couple of mine which I've had to give up on (began seeing negative effects of cleaning).

Ive got a while to go before I master cleaning. Need to get some more good coins in...

Ben, PM me your address again please, can't seem to find it atm. Found a few bits you are after. Got some more stuff for PP's school project here as well, but a few of them could do with a quick clean before sending on.
