How would you grade?

The two biggest problems I see are the two small scratches on the chin and loss of luster around the ear and hair like it was rubbing against something.

MS-Details. Looks like an old wipe would get it a cleaned designation.

The flattening of details in that area looks more like persistent rubbing/pressure than on old wipe. Unless the smoothing of details there is a strike characteristic of 98s.

It's also not as blue as it looks in the pictures.

Good catch nlp. Here is the reverse of the 98.

I switched them. The wrong reverse was in the 21 thread also.
