thusdayclub Valued Member Poland 263 Posts	Posted 12/27/2013 3:57 pm Hello. What do you think about this Half Dollar? I can buy this coin, but I really don't know how much is it worth. I think that patina is real and grade maybe AU53-55. In your opinion it is a problem-free coin? Also, what do you think about lettering "HALF DOLLAR" at reverse. To me, looks little odd. It does not appear to have been cleaned but it does have a few rim bumps. And the mushy "half dol." is normal for this date, largely in part because it is the final year of the capped bust series. Die maintenance wasn't a big thing for the finale of the series. Report this Post to the Staff
