Sadly, there is not enough legend to see who it is. I think it is Vijayasena, but I may be wrong.  That is the reverse legend.

These aren't the easiest coins to ID without full legends. Do you want to try another one?

Looking at reverses of Vijayasena it is a very close match. I think your right.
