Sadly, there is not enough legend to see who it is. I think it is Vijayasena, but I may be wrong.  That is the reverse legend. |

These aren't the easiest coins to ID without full legends. Do you want to try another one?

Looking at reverses of Vijayasena it is a very close match. I think your right.
