The fields and effigy have been scraped, but the lettering and rims haven't.

They look like grooves, not ridges, so on the coin, not the die.

If the vertical lines are only on the background (after 1996 coin) then it's a specimen, but yours has lines all over, I guess it's scratched?
What is the other side?

Looks like yet another defective cupro-nickel planchet.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Looks like a die crack at the crown as well as doubling at the queens face too. Had to look again.
