30mm across, Postumus Sestertius with the rare(ish) Salus Reverse, rendered in 3D.

NOt the best reverse, but certainly much better than I expected. Its uncommon to find a 3D scene on a coin.

Im trying to find other examples and how much they were worth, try and evaluate how I should be handling the thing.

Perhaps I can help you with the sestertii of postumus I have sold last year:

Its a shame I already deleted the other picture of postumus sestertius (which had much more detail)

The price I had to pay was around 66 euro's for 2 (33 per coin) and I sold them for 95 euro's in total

Ah,t hats a double sestertius or a Dupondius (likely the double sestertius). Do you recall how wide it was?
