Republic of Chinia, 1928. It is 200 Cash, not dollars. A cash is a mil, so 200 of them is 20 cents. There are a couple of different varieties of this type, but I am not sure which one you have.

As far as grading goes, it looks pretty worn to me.

i knew it was not worth anything. I was hoping to find out some info on these chinese coins..so I know what to say when asked...besides shrugging my shoulders

that coin is about 1 5/8" across..pretty big coin
