Mikey07nj Valued Member United States 498 Posts	Posted 06/11/2014 6:02 pm If you check heritage auctions it's free to join you will notice 90% of 18/17 s there no top step. Liberty's left foot appears to be floating. Also inside the robe next to the 4th star you should see the E clash from the reverse now many time you'll see the e even on regular 18s but almost all over dates will show the E plus an I under that and usually some more lettering comming through next to the third star on the right.
