Well it is not authentic. It is also not attempting to be fake. The 54 AD - 68 AD is the give away. Anno Domini was not is use anywhere near the time frame of Nero. It is a tourist token of some kind and not meant to deceive anybody into thinking it is an authentic coin.

AD wasn't used, and neither were Arabic numerals.
