If it was a genuine piece with AU meat left on it we'd be talking $15,000 to $20,000. No way I'd buy it raw and that one has all the earmarks of a Chinese fake. P.S. g048406 Pillar of the Community 861 Posts	Posted 09/08/2014 03:13 am Do NOT buy that coin, it is clearly a counterfeit. There is no such thing as an off-center 1796 bust dollar. This is what a real 1796 bust dollar looks like: Notice how Lady Liberty is centered in the coin. Notice how the top curl is under the "R" in liberty, the counterfeit has the top curl under the "E" in liberty. Report this Post to the Staff
