1943 Penny Cut During Mint?

i have a 1943 penny steel, that has a notch out of it, like it was struck twice and part of the coin was cut off, the coin is in exelent grade, how can I comfirm this.

I was going to do that and I can't find my cable for my camera , dang. let me see if I can find it, but in the mean time have you heard of a coin being cut like that before.

sure, sounds like a double struck coin with a clip error but a picture would confirm this
