MS 63.

I can't tell with the black background if that's a chip at 10:00 on the reverse or if it's something stuck on the rim.

Superb pics!

What is the blob on the rim of the reverse between the E and D of United?

The blob is I think from one of the prongs in the GSA holder.
Looks like this dollar has lots of die polish lines, and the coin appears to have at least proof-like reflectivity. I don't think I've ever seen a DMPL designation on a GSA-slabbed dollar but maybe this qualifies. There are some small luster breaks but they are probably less noticeable in-hand. CC Morgans often seem to get a grade boost, with MS-63 surface marks somehow not holding a coin back from MS-64.

I'd guess MS-64PL, with a shot at DMPL.

I will guess MS-64 DMPL. If it's not DMPL, then no worse than PL. A beauty!

Exquisite. 64DPL. It may look like a 63 at first glance, but the frosted devices and mirrored fields of a DMPL Morgan always look worse than their non-reflective counterparts. While it may seem that DMPLs are graded looser, that usually isn't the case.

That's a great coin I would love to own.
