Bicentennial Quarter With Missing Clad, Toning, Or PMD?

amnight Valued Member United States 332 Posts	Posted 12/26/2014 10:51 pm I wanted some opinions on whether reverse of this coin is missing it's clad layer, toned, or post mint damaged. It does have a rim Cud over the AME on the reverse. It also looks to have Mechanical Doubling on some of the letters on the reverse. The rim is completely red all the way around the coin(pictures will show different areas of the reeding on the coin). The obverse is toned in spots. I know coop will give his thoughts so I want to thank him in advance and all opinions are welcomed! Thanks! Also, sorry for the bad pictures. They are the best I can get. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/16/2015 4:39 pm If the coin was missing a cladding, the silver color would not show at all on the higher devices like you see on your coin.
