It is a Roman provincial coin.
Need to see the other side to fully attribute it.
From what I can see it seems to be from Vespasian.

yes I am, if you look at the dent they are the same along with the general shape and curves of the coin

Not a lot of information on this coin type, the only reference I found was from Roman Provincial coins 1941.1 or RPC 1941.2 Bust of Vespasian and Titus facing right.

Maybe it's an issue from Caesaria, there was an issue with Vespasian on one and Titus on the other side - would match with the inscriptions as well.
