I'm learning. Obverse reads to me (I use an LED light in my hand; I find a loupe doesn't generally help, but I'm near sighted)

BAIVLIANUS [OB?]CAES

Reverse:

SELTEMP APHANTIS

At first I was going to say Hannibalianus but its Julian II . Julian was the last polytheist Emperor of the Empire and died very young in 363 CE. Fun fact Constantius II had Julian's entire male family members murdered . This coin was minted while he was Caesar or Junior Emperor of the west. Also I think it's a standard Fel Temp type.
Very nice btw .

That's a great period in history. Constantius II made Julian a co-emperor and put him in charge of the West, but after a while the two wound up at odds with each other. They were in the middle of a civil war when Constantius II died, but since he hadn't updated his will upon his death the empire was still left to Julian II.

I don't think I'd count that as a "fun" fact...

Thanks to all. I feel I'm getting somewhat better at reading these coins.
