I'm going to say MS-63 for this one. Cheek is extremely clean and the obverse has strong luster. Luster on reverse seems a bit diminished but I suspect it may just have not quite caught the light right in the photo.

81-S is a good date for well struck and nice appealing coins for Morgans....I have a great 81-S which has prooflike surfaces especially the reverse....I am considering getting it graded since I think its a MS64 or higher.
Rest in Peace

I'm in with the MS63 crowd. Nice looking '81-S.

You have to look hard at this one to see where the strike isn't full. The evidence is there, but it's an MS68-level strike. I could see this coin getting 64.

The Eagles breast feathers have a strong rim strike.

How would this effect the grade?
