MS-64. Nice brilliant coin! Unfortunately, I don't think its worth slabbing given this example that looks as good as yours yet doesn't have FB, though your example may qualify, but even still would only net around $100. I prefer $300 or more for slabbed coins. I only have two in my collection and are both worth well under that though since I purchased those already slabbed (an 1880-S MS62 Morgan and a 1981-S PF 67 SBA $1). http://www.ebay.com/itm/1930-MS64-P...ht_82wt_1121

Definitely MS63 and up, very close to FSB hard to see in my opinion. I agree with yelimsexa, if it is worth a few hundred bucks submitting it to ngc or pcgs is worth it. Better off keeping it raw as is....fees aren't worth it.

MS-64
There is a chance it has full bands. I would need closer pics to determine that though.

it really needs to be outside of the mylar and proper head on shots taken. Looks potentially cleaned from some of those angles but better pics will help tell the story. Nice strike.

Maybe it's the lighting, but to me it looks like it's been cleaned or over-dipped.

That was my thought, too. When I looked at the initial photos my mind went to Consignment Hub coins as well. It has the look of their coins, most of which appear to have been cleaned.
I hope it is an original coin, but I can't tell about the luster from the photos.

What is the best lighting to use? I had it looked at today by an old coin dealer and he never said it was cleaned and he gave it a MS 64..

The luster shows up very nicely in the most recent photographs. It looks original to me in these shots.

There are quite a few distracting marks on the bust and the luster still looks off to me, so I would call it MS62.
