Looks genuine and an excellent coin for a knock down price. I think the proper description would be "epsilon SIS sunburst" in ex.

If you want to clean it, do no more than soak it in distilled or de-ionised water and brush with an old toothbrush.

For posterity, I'msure the people of the future would rather it stayed as is, but its pretty standard to clean nice examples like this. I certainly would.

Nice coin for your first ancient. Until you learn how to properly clean ancient coins I would leave this one alone.

For a rough idea about the worth of a coin you can check out vcoins and/or acsearch. Here is a link from acsearch for a similar coin to yours it has gamma instead of epsilon in ex.
http://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=391662
You have to be brutally honest about the condition of your coin compared to the ones shown in these databases.
Vcoins will give you a retail price, you would probably not get that if you tried to sell it yourself.
