Fixed it for you catman.

I think Angelfire doesn't let the images go to another site. They want them to be pulled up on their site so the can show ads.

Found a back door though. [:p]

Catman I have a couple of those Netherland coins. I like square as they are so unusual. The Austrailian Kookaburra silver bullion 50 cent is an absolutely beautiful square coin and, if I understand correctly, this is the last year for them as they were only being made 4 or 5 years.

Hello Catman,

thats a nice one, there are 7.400.000 struck of those, this is one of the better years, in good you get 3 euro for them, in UNC 36.--

After this type, here in the netherlands where only the zinc once from the war time square, after that we got round coins also.

At the Netherlands antillies (Curacao, Bonaire and till 1986 also Aruba) this type of coin where struck untill 1985, after that they got round once as well.

For Suriname, this type was struck untill 1989.

Greetings, Carl

Nice Catman! But it's not just a square, it's a diamond in rebellion.

Neat coin. Made me think that I had one very similar when I first started collecting, many years ago. One more reason to find that original foreign coin collection I have squirreled away somewhere!
